What you need
- An active B license. General Building, active, with a contractor's bond on file with the state.
- ADU work. You build ADUs, garage conversions or junior ADUs in San Diego County.
- Your license number on your website. California already requires it in your ads (B&P 7030.5). It's how we confirm the business is yours.
How it works
- Email us your business name, license number and website.
- We check the license against the state's records and confirm the number on your site.
- If it passes, your profile goes live, usually within a week.
Your profile shows your license, bond and workers' comp status exactly as the state has them, plus your phone, website and Google rating. Homeowners call you directly; we don't sit in the middle or charge per lead.
Already listed and something's wrong?
Most errors come from the state record itself, for example an old phone number. Update it with the Contractors State License Board and we'll pick it up on the next monthly check, or email us and we'll fix our copy sooner.
